Doggy Coats This little coat is quick & easy to make and the cost is minimal. But I have just realized I forgot to add at the end of the pattern instructions that you must sew ordinary Pants elestic around the neck just below the Bias Binding - Zigzag it on the wrong side and stretch the elastic as you sew. My apologies
